As a building inspector carrying out many building inspections in Six Mile Swamp i have worked with many buyers looking for an inspection for a house they are intending to buy. I have with interest looked at the reasons they choose to hire this inspector or that inspector. Or i have tried to.

Out of curiosity one day I called one of these guys to ask a few questions: The one that stayed in my memory is this one:
Me: How long does an inspection take as I’ll need to arrange the time?
Guy on phone: About 30 minutes mate, we won’t hold you up.
